Chiropractor Near West Boca

Glades Road east, I-95 south, Sample Road east. Twenty-five minutes to the programs West Boca families and golfers drive for.

West Boca is the Boca Raton west of the Turnpike: large planned and gated communities, golf courses, good schools and suburban families, plus a substantial retiree population in the country-club neighborhoods. Its residents commute east on Glades Road every day and know exactly what forty-five minutes in traffic does to a neck.

At twenty-five minutes, West Boca is the far edge of this office's area, and no one drives it for a routine adjustment. West Boca patients come for the programs, the Knee Restoration Program for the golfers and retirees who have been told a replacement is coming, the Spinal Decompression Program for the disc herniations that commuting and the golf swing produce, and the Shoulder Restoration Program for the tennis and golf shoulders, delivered by a doctor who has run them from the same office for three decades.

What we treat most for West Boca

  • Knee osteoarthritis in the golf communities, evaluated for the Knee Restoration Program with an honest answer about candidacy.
  • Disc herniation and sciatica from the seated commute and the rotational swing, treated with the Spinal Decompression Program.
  • Neck pain and headaches from Glades Road traffic and desk work.
  • Golf and tennis shoulders, treated in the Shoulder Restoration Program.
  • Youth sports sprains from the West Boca leagues, examined gently with a parent present.

Questions from West Boca

Twenty-five minutes is a lot for a multi-session program. How is that handled?

Sessions are scheduled in blocks, often two per week, at the start or end of the day so the drive avoids the worst of I-95. Most West Boca patients find a knee or spinal program takes fewer trips than they expected, and the schedule is set in writing at the evaluation.

My surgeon says both knees need replacing. Is it worth trying the program first?

Often for at least one of them. Dr. McNamara examines both knees, reviews your imaging and tells you plainly which, if either, is a candidate. Painful, stiff, still-mobile arthritic knees often do well; bone-on-bone joints with deformity usually do not, and you will be told so.

Can I be treated for a Glades Road crash under PIP if I treat in Broward?

Yes. Florida PIP is statewide and tied to your own policy, not to the county of the crash or of treatment. Initial treatment within 14 days is required, so do not wait.

Do you see children from West Boca?

Yes. School-age athletes with sprains, strains and post-collision neck checks are examined conservatively with a parent in the room, and referred for imaging or to orthopedics when the exam calls for it.
